Fazing Explained

The history of fazing an efed(protecting it from claims) is the oldest tradition we have but what is Fazing?

To Faze a federation, that person is protecting the OTM's fed so only he or she may claim ownership once the OTM steps down, 

Which was than amended by King Joel IV

The OTM can willingly hand the reigns over to the next in line which is the individual who fazed the federation. Any claims made by those who haven't fazed the fed are rendered invalid 

King Percy made this ruling

A user may only be allowed to faze ONE fed at a time

now Standard Fazing means you protect the fed for you to claim in case the OTM becomes unable to continue 

Conditional Fazing means that stated conditions must be met for the fed to be Fazed otherwise the Fazing is nullified

Conditional Fazing means you havent yet fazed it until the conditions are met

That means anyone else can faze it provided the conditions by the Conditional Fazer havent been met and invalidates the CF

Example I added a Conditional Faze to the AWC fed meaning I haven't Fazed it officially yet

That means any Yahoo can faze AWC unless my conditions for Conditional Fazing have been met

To faze a federation these factors must be met

1) Declare a fed to be Fazed in topic(you cannot faze a fed in topic oppositly by not Fazing it)
2) the fed you are intending to be Fazed cannot already be Fazed by anyone else
